Cleopatra’s debut, Comin’ Atcha!, is an irresistible confection. With their sugar-rush harmonies and kicky melodies, the sisters will have anyone with a pulse mmmbopping to “Thinking About You” and the funk-lite “What You Gonna Do Boy?”

Cleopatra's debut album Comin' Atcha has a few weak spots, but that should be expected from any dance-pop album. What is surprising is that the cuts that work are so enjoyable.

These quavery cartoonish voices oozing three-part harmonies with an 'uplifting message' seemed the final, irrefutable proof that girl power had become a marketing scheme rather than a viable social force.
