So, Doves used to be Sub Sub, but I reckon if you're on this page, you'll already know this. I think the history is what makes this album so interesting -- it's an odd little preface to Doves' career. Other than Ain't No Love, Ain't No Use, they never really took off and were probably destined to be 'one hit wonders'.
