Sovran was my introduction to this band, I got it in my Spotify weekly recommendations and I absolutely loved it.
The beautiful voice of Heike will never cease to amaze me. A perfect blend of death doom and beautiful gothic atmosphere.
It's gothic death doom with great atmosphere building, beautiful (dare I say heavenly) clean vocals and nice instrumentals and heavies. Now, the sheer weight of any doom kind of automatically reduces the replayability for me but Draconian manages to make the songs so catchy somehow you have to salute them. Slight downpour in quality in the latter half but still a strong release for sure.

Least favourite track : The Marriage of Attaris
Las instrumentales están muy bien, al igual que la parte vocal. Tiene un buen comienzo con algunas de las mejores canciones del disco. La interpretación vocal es muy buena, siendo esta profunda y fuerte la del hombre, y suave y melódica la de la mujer. Las instrumentales son solemnes y contundentes.
