Production is utter dogshit but this is actually so fucking good. How can you not like this album????
The Electric Eels didn't last long as a band, but what they did during their time was legendary. They only had 6 gigs during their lifespan, and what happened during those times was the band equivalent of screaming bloody murder. Pretty much everything music needs to be: stupid, dumb, insensitive, annoying, loud.
Surprisingly good pop songs buried under all of that awful production and noise. Wouldn't be nearly as good if it didn't sound like shit though. I get Cyclotron and Agitated stuck in my head a lot- I love that solo in Agitated because there's just a HINT of the original melody of the song in there but its just completely fucked up beyond reason.
