Cloudkicker, returned in 2011 with Let Yourself Be Huge, a mixutre of post-rock, post-metal but mainly contemporary folk for some mellow driven instrumentals and works well for a pleasant listen and one which never really drags out at not even 26 minutes, and although Cloudkicker brings nothing new with this record, they bring some well played and well composed music.

More chill instrumental vibes from Cloudkicker, this was both what I expected and not what I expected. This takes a much more acoustic approach with much shorter songs than the previous Cloudkicker record that I listened to. While there are moments of distorted guitar, it’s a much more fuzzy sounding distortion, like the soft side of a velcro strip as opposed to the rough side of a velcro strip that most distorted guitar sounds like.
