Hellhorse's biggest weakness is its start. If you're not accustomed to the kind of music that Sybyr makes then Hellhorse is not a good album to start with. The first few tracks are very rough, even in Sybyr's standards. Fortunately there's the third track, Fusion, which is the light of hope that is amongst the initial 5 songs, and even more fortunate is the fact that from there on out it's a fairly smooth ride across the album. shoot the party is one of my fav hip hop songs ever. would’ve been better if it was shorter and i wasn’t the biggest fan of the very screamy songs.
Pretty similar to Anti-World, but less filtered and more raw. It's pretty noticeable how better he has been with mixing in general, with some songs here having bad mixing and mastering. Still, it's really a Sybyr album.
Favorite tracks: Mass Critical Error, Fusion, Rocks In My Socks, Blood On The Sink, Audacious, Right On Ya Face, XQV, Shoot The Party
Least fav track: Beat Ya Head
