In comparison to her other works, this probably is the weakest one. Yet I still find myself enjoying most songs, especially the title track "Deep down" and the only new song "rubble pile". Furthermore, the FIRST TAKE revisited live versions of Kataomoi and Zankyosanka are extremely enjoyable and I even find myself liking them more than the studio versions.

But seriously, half of the stuff here is unlistenable / boring or just uninspiringly made

I don't like that the LP (yes, it's not an EP on Spotify) has 5 songs and 2 re-performances, I think it's very lazy. But even so, the new 5 songs from Aimer upset me, I liked this artist for her love of experimentation, and now it seems to me she is moving in a rather vague direction.
