To be honest slowcore can be the scariest genre for me (who like fast and energetic anime shit) but this album is really good.
I like guitar and bass work here so much. The first one have a lot of interesting chords with dissonant sound, and the second make it more structured by fuzzy or strong bass. Vocal also pretty nice, this A trembling voice that turns into a scream really complements the album perfectly.

Thanks for listening (and watching) it! On a note about the movie, apparently the manga focuses more on developing the entire cast rather than just the main 2 characters, but I never read it personally so take that with a grain of salt. And yeah, I'd agree with your review pretty much. I'll def get back to you on Coaltar of The Deepers soon so thanks for the recommendation!

Oh wow! I didn't know that they'd turn into Coaltar of The Deepers. I heard of them, I plan on giving them a listen soon. Any recommendations on where to start?
I hope you enjoy A Silent Voice! It's a pretty great movie in my opinion, and the amazing OST has definitely kept it fresh in my mind long after watching it. Hope you enjoy the OST as well if you ever get around to listening to it!

Sorry for not replying earlier, I didn't check my shoutbox in a while. I'm listening to "ゴールデンBP." rn and it's pretty good! some great melodies and great energy blanketed by the lofi production. Its really niche music as well even on YouTube its only 20k views. Thanks for putting me on it!

I can't really recommend you any j-rock or shoegaze you wouldn't already know so i'll try something different lol. idk if you'd like it, but A Shape of Light by Kensuke Ushio (Soundtrack to A Silent Voice) is a very solid piano ambient album, at least side 1 is. It uses silence and a very improvised type of performance that was very interesting to me. The way the songs are structured to form one experience from very small pieces reminds me of Endless or The Glow Pt. 2. I understand if it doesn't really match with your tastes but that's my recommendation.
