AMAR pays homage to the land that raised BigXThaPlug and the legends who shaped him, fusing a classic sound with a modern sensibility.
The tracks are mostly on the short side, making AMAR feel closer to a mixtape than a proper album, but it clearly makes an impression, and BigX seems like a name to watch.
Shoutout to Texas, this is my first time listening to BigX and I love this. Hard beats, great voice, and it's concise. He's gonna blow up if he keeps this up.
Once he diversifies his flows a bit, I can see a bright future ahead of BigXthaPlug.
Highlights: Switched Up, Rush Hour, Primetime, βTexasβ, Bacc to tha Basics, Change, I Know, Levels
AMAR doesn't seem to do anything that great too be honest. Even the best song Texas is only goods for about 30 seconds.
This album is good if you need a 15 second sound for your TikTok but it fails to do anything else note worthy
