From the tribal dub of its opening track, “Release the Pressure,” to the ambient “Melt,” Leftism eschews mainstream categorization and manages to reside in the leftfield of almost all the electronic genres it propagates.
A great house release that keeps the intrigue throughout the hour long experience though it doesn't come without it's holes.

although the tribal influences are pretty neat and fun, this album drags for soooooooooooooooooooo long. I can't stress enough how immediately you get used to the sound
Leftism is an album I have been recommended by a plethora of Electronic music fans and now that I have finally heard it I can definitely understand the hype, but I don't feel as strongly about it all thanks to a very underwhelming ending. This project is not your typical Electronic album and instead takes on the task of trying to sound like a meticulously planned out Progressive House set.
