Careful! reveals Deeper as master craftsmen, and their creations as exquisite feats of construction. In many genres, that wouldn’t be enough; in one as stringently charted as this, though, it makes Careful! a worthy addition to a long canon.

I’ve actually been enjoying this band quite a bit recently, and I didn’t realize at all that this album came out. It’s pretty awesome! This is just some really solid post punk that has the signature Deeper style. I’d say this is possibly the best performed record up until this point.
