This reviewer would agree that this album marked the band’s full foray into much more commercial music, but this is far from amounting to a ‘sell-out’ to their die-hard fans. Despite the MOR cheesiness of ‘American Girls’, there are sufficient tracks of quality present to make this a much under-appreciated entry in the band’s discography.
