Vorso's debut LP, sitting at an hour and half in length, should have been doomed to overambition, yet it manages to escape that fate by very smooth pacing and near-immaculate production.
In the beginning it's a very lowkey record, everything feels very relaxed while still being highly textured and engaging. Kind of insane how an EDM album this long (length of ur average movie) doesn't get tiresome or devolve into disposable loud nonsense. You'll find plenty of comments of mine on edm projects stating that this type of in-your-face drop-centric music works best in ep format, and when stretched to albums almost always reveals the intrinsic hollowness of the whole thing.
