The guest list is extensive by most standards, but Major Lazer still manage to make it seem casual and effortless. Short and solid, the EP does exactly what fans expect, and it's all the better for it.
As fun as it is at times, Know No Better doubles as a testament to the result of spreading a handful of good ideas too thin.
Know No Better is one of those EPs that’s easy to vibe with but just as easy to forget. Major Lazer sticks to their usual blend of dancehall, reggae, and electronic beats, and while it’s a fun listen, it never really pushes things any further. The first song is actually pretty decent then it slowly gets worse and worse, I understand the latin party vibe they were going for but it really doesn't click and ends up being a weird copy of better attempts at this style
