Probably my favourite Summoning album. Every tracks are epic and the instrumental ones are a nice break while still keeping the Epic sound!

Lord of the Rings inspired metal? Oh yes, please sign me up for that...
That was my initial thought.

There are some good ideas at play, the melodies are somewhat evocative of the source material in which they are inspired, and as a concept it is interesting...Still, in my own preference I wish it went more for the belic aesthetic instead of the more mystical soundscape it employs...it's sort of underwhelming, mostly because it feels hollowed at times, not atmospheric nor agressive enough...it ... read more
