Vivid is a jazzy affair that shows off Heejin's laidback and playful vocals, and an unconventional way of getting the hype train going. While the acoustic mix does offer another dimension, it could've easily been replaced with another song. A fresh start to a unique rollout for a K-pop group yet to debut at the time.

What a debut song omg. It's such a distinct style, and very much a brave first song. I never would have expected a kpop group to go down a jazzy route. The instrumental is incredible and heejins voice is so addictive. This song will go down in herstory.
