big outer wilds vibes
not very long but this does feel very influenced by outer wilds especially the banjo ambient, i just wish it changed up more because gets kind of repetitive during those songs even if they're good. the drone is either pretty good or whatever with it's sweet country twang, like in sleeps with dice it's great but in dealt with silver i kinda just don't care. mixed bag of an album but pretty cool for ambient from this year, would recommend if you're ... read more
Comparing albums with each other is not always a good idea, I know. But the reason I liked their other album "Country Tropics" so much is that it felt more unique in a way. The atmosphere of this album is beautiful too but it felt less nostalgic and dreamy. They really did create something beautiful here though. I will probably revisit this as I did actually enjoy it most of the time.
