This absolutely beautiful album sung by Norweigan singer- songwriter Ane Brun is probably my favourite covers album (as, to my recollection, I've only endured dodgy rock covers albums in the past, so there's not much competition!).
I will pinpoint a few of my favourites you could start with and then you could give the whole thing a go, yeah?!

Leave Me Breathless is yet another gorgeous collection of covers by the very talented Ane Brun. These renditions from I Want To Know What Love is to the hauntingly dark How To Disappear Completely are just mesmerising. Ane has the ability to create very emotional covers that spin the original completely, making them sound so fresh and new. Ane has done a few cover albums over the years, but I have to say this one is my all time favourite.
