This is a step-up from hip-hop is good. It sucks this guy died his music isn't always the best, but he puts so much heart into his shit it's hard not to like him.
Man everything E-Dubble has done makes me so emotional. His single "Be a King" used to be my absolute jam a couple years after it came out, so hearing about him passing away really hit me when it happened.
This LP manages to keep that same emotional sound that I became so familiar with, which is pretty heartwarming.
Solid project
Gotta say this surprised me, I heard like 2 songs off this before listening to it by its entirety which is by itself a lot because it only consists of 7 tracks. The greatest thing about it is the interesting instrumentals and E-Dubble's everslasting pop culture references and stuff from his everyday life in his raps. We can just look at them as good memories now. RIP legend.
