Recorded in a slaughterhouse by Tobe Hooper and Wayne Bell, this musique concrète soundtrack helps create an immediate sense of absolute fear. Using a collection of sharp and buzzing sounds, it captures the feeling of being chased by a chainsaw-wielding maniac.
My favorite record of all time. Avey Tare and panda Bear use a mix of acoustic instruments and harmonizing vocals to outline the feeling of becoming an adult while still feeling like a kid.
