Not the most narrative depth you'll catch on a Blu album, but a very solid project nevertheless.

Good rap record from this year, I honestly haven't listened to a Blu record yet nor anything that Evidence has produced to my knowledge, but the rapping and the production are both really good, especially the rapping. Blu has a good flow and good lyrics, though the idea of a whole record revolving around the second biggest city in the US feels pretty well-worn at this point. Blu has quietly gone on one of the best runs in 2024 with this collab album with Evidence being the main highlight. While the record with Blu & Exile was dope, too, I think Blu on this album just performs much better. When you take Wish You Were Here and Lights At Night, you can tell Blu is at some of his best form this year. very good album, the combination of blu and evidence is very enjoyable, not as good as blu and exile. but evidence plugs in his own flair to make it feel like HE was producing
This is really good stuff, Evidence laced this album nicely even if a few of the beats are a little more simplistic than what Blu tends to be on, but I think it still fits him nicely. No real mind blowing songs but a lot of very good ones

This is ok, but I feel like Evidences beats don’t suit Blu as well as Exiles. There a bit too simple at times. Lights at night is like a coming together of the avengers of my wrapped.
