its the one of the most relaxing and bittersweet albums that ive ever listened to
the screenplay and idea behind the album is cool but the music is too messy and just fails to do it justice for the most part. but when it isnt bad, its really good
my introduction to paris texas. i thought it was solid and my expectations were met. pretty clear (hopefully) that this is just a fraction of their potential. excited for more stuff from them
well im biased cus i love radiohead but this isnt nearly as bad as people make it out to be. it's its own thing. but i will admit as a radiohead album it is a weaker one, especially after you realise this is the follow up from in rainbows. i do actually love some of the experimentation on this, and i think it succeeds in what it set out to do
kanye being the most vulnerable since 808s & heartbreak. sonically beautiful from front to back.
production is the main focus on this album; and it makes for a fun, crazy listen. although it kinda does feel like a collection of demos (still some gems in there tho)
it was a nice easy listen. wasnt anything too crazy tho but its in my rotation nonetheless and im sure i will appreciate it more over time
kinda got farm vibes from this. i liked some of the experimentation on this (wasnt a fan of brick tho). i think the album just needs time to grow on me which im sure it will. really liked the meanings and songwriting of songs on this album as i always do with alex g
ehhh i think it drags on for too long but maybe thats just me. its again an odd sound from dean blunt
