I continue to see people compare this to Kanye’s other work. It’s an insulting thing I believe, to compare an incomplete nothing burger of an album to any of his other far more polished work. I want more than anything from him to drop a complete polished album, but I wish he didint drop this, because it’s just another unfinished project.
The Concrete Boys are like what the Cleveland Browns are to me, I always want them to succeed but with each development it gets harder to root for them
Dave returns to the world with a minimally produced thought provoking album that left me floored.
I had zero idea that Dave had this in him. I really only knew the bloke from Sprinter with my boy Central Lee but when I see how well this album was doing I threw it on and was shocked.
For me this album is stronger as a whole, I don't see myself returning to many of these tracks on their own. Mainly because of how heavy some of the content is (especially in songs like Fairchild) but due to ... read more
Gonna try serious reviews for a bit
I think Danny needed more time to shine on this, Call me crazy but Danny Brown is kinda reason I listened to the Danny Brown album.

Every time Quadeca drops, it feels like it’s what his career has always been building to. That has never been more evident than on Vanisher.
One of the most energetic rage albums I’ve heard in such a long time, like he’s ACTUALLY trying and not beating his wife
“Yes yes yezzzzz keep going” Travis says to me. He’s been showing me and my friend Don how to jack our boys. So far Don a has the hang of it but man oh man I really can’t get a grasp on it. Then as I keep jacking it for Travis I look into his eyes and I see utopia! I say “Travis what if you made a 17 song album where it’s mostly you mumbling on really shitty beats!”
Only thing this is missing is a feature from 21 savage where instead of rapping (doing ... read more
A genuinely lovely experience. One of the most original sounding and memorable albums I’ve heard in a long time.
Some really cool moments here and there but I personally don’t think this music is very fun to listen to.
