Throw Away is Futures magnum opus

Kanye West - BULLY
55

I continue to see people compare this to Kanye’s other work. It’s an insulting thing I believe, to compare an incomplete nothing burger of an album to any of his other far more polished work. I want more than anything from him to drop a complete polished album, but I wish he didint drop this, because it’s just another unfinished project.

Concrete Boys - It's Us Vol. 2
60

The Concrete Boys are like what the Cleveland Browns are to me, I always want them to succeed but with each development it gets harder to root for them

Knocked Loose - Hive Mind
NR

Shit sounds like it’s playing in the loser kids headphones in a movie

A$AP Rocky - Don't Be Dumb
65

Should’ve modeled cause it’s mid again

Dave - The Boy Who Played the Harp
80

Dave returns to the world with a minimally produced thought provoking album that left me floored.

I had zero idea that Dave had this in him. I really only knew the bloke from Sprinter with my boy Central Lee but when I see how well this album was doing I threw it on and was shocked.

For me this album is stronger as a whole, I don't see myself returning to many of these tracks on their own. Mainly because of how heavy some of the content is (especially in songs like Fairchild) but due to ... read more

Danny Brown - Stardust

Gonna try serious reviews for a bit

I think Danny needed more time to shine on this, Call me crazy but Danny Brown is kinda reason I listened to the Danny Brown album.

He chose the singles well. Defiantly left me wanting more from the album as a whole as a result but that's not his fault.

Both Quadeca features are really nice, his vocals float really well over these beats.

It's a shame that the JR feature was only production but it's a memorable beat and probably my ... read more

fakemink - London's Saviour

Playing this on loop

Shlohmo - Chore Boy
NR

It’s such a treat to see that Salem is still actively making music, even if this single isint great it’s just nice to know that they’re still alive and doing their thing.

ScHoolboy Q - Oxymoron
78

This album was AWFULly GOOD

Quadeca - Vanisher, Horizon Scraper
85

Every time Quadeca drops, it feels like it’s what his career has always been building to. That has never been more evident than on Vanisher.

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out
90

Chat! Clipse that!

Tyler, The Creator - DON'T TAP THE GLASS
80

I like the chaotic way it fucks your ass

75

One of the most energetic rage albums I’ve heard in such a long time, like he’s ACTUALLY trying and not beating his wife

JACKBOYS - JACKBOYS 2
45

“Yes yes yezzzzz keep going” Travis says to me. He’s been showing me and my friend Don how to jack our boys. So far Don a has the hang of it but man oh man I really can’t get a grasp on it. Then as I keep jacking it for Travis I look into his eyes and I see utopia! I say “Travis what if you made a 17 song album where it’s mostly you mumbling on really shitty beats!”

Only thing this is missing is a feature from 21 savage where instead of rapping (doing ... read more

Kevin Abstract - Blush
82

A genuinely lovely experience. One of the most original sounding and memorable albums I’ve heard in a long time.

SahBabii - Saaheem
59

Saw a baby? Erm…I sure hope you don’t!

billy woods - GOLLIWOG
77

Some really cool moments here and there but I personally don’t think this music is very fun to listen to.

MIKE - Pinball II
70

Earl Sweatshirt bent me over… and I’ve never been happier
