This is joyous and lost in the depression that grips our generation so casually. Its the sound of dayss lost chasing how best to ruin our lives but have fun in the moment, "it just might kill us all". All for it. The ghostface verse doesn't hurt either.
Yes, this EP is still ruined in many ways, but points to The Neighbourhood getting closer and closer to thier seminal sound, the nihilistic and universal sadness found within Jesse's writings best seen on their best LP "Wiped Out!", the alt-rock instrumentation which has been around since their debut EP "I'm Sorry" and their amazing integration within hip-hop as seen in their left field mixtape "#00000 & #fffff".
There have been many brillant tracks released this year mixed in with a lot of tracks far too wayward, this EP no exception to the rule.
