It's quite hard to start a review on an album like this, not only because there are so many things one can say about this album, but also because even after months of being out, this project has left me speechless ever since. I feel like "Rodeo" is one of those rare albums that's hard to dislike if you're a fan of trap, southern hip hop, or sort of neo-psych rap music in general. Samurai by Lupe Fiasco is another one of those "nostalgic" albums for me in this point of my life. Not only do I think this is Vince's most sonically pleasing, most cohesive and deepest album he's made, but it's also an extremely nostalgic album for me as well.
