This was one of my most anticipated songs before the album was released and the more I have been listening to it and trying to figure out HOW good it is, I have placed it pretty high with the rest of the songs mainly because of two reasons. This could be seen as the most laid-back Song Machine song so far but I think that Damon's vocals compliment the flow and mixing of the song really well. There is an obvious 80's influence of New Wave and Synth-Pop, however, with the addition of some great keyboard and drums from Georgia and of course, the classic Peter Hook bass notes, made the sound and progression of the song pop out more than just being a dying light.
