ooooh no it's worse than I remember. I ett med verden is cool enough I guess but I really can't like an album where Jan Ove raps (silver ooof) yeaaah I liked it s lot better when it came out but to be fair I was 7 years old at the time
Best: i ett med verden
Worst: gresk komedie?? Or silver?
Holy fuck what a mixed bag. Philemon Arthur and the dung is among their best songs for me but the rest?? Just half-poppy Kaizers with a lot less personality than their earlier stuff.
Cool! The Dare is honestly one of my favorite new artists right now because of how addicting his music his. I've especially been obsessed with "Girls" ever since it came out and found "Good time" to be really fun. The two new songs on the EP are a lot of fun too, and bloodwork shows a more purely electronic side of the Dare. All in all it's fun! This man can sure make me bob my head furiously. <3 also haha funny s-word

So much great stuff here, though I feel Twigs can push her artsy style even further. The lyrics are great, and i'm not even one to care that much about lyrics. One of my favorite art pop albums of the 10s without a doubt. Also features the only future performance i've really enjoyed tbh
Tracklist ranked worst to best:

Literally the only thing ive heard by her. I have some stuff to listen to i guess.
Really the only vaporwave esque album ive been able to thoroughly enjoy. The production is creative and doesnt just rely on samples. Definetely worth checking out if you want to hear some delicious sounds and melodies, whether you're a fan of vaporwave or not. Oh and the opener gives me a stank face everytime the switch comes.
Best tracks: Caligula, abstract, bliss
Worst: Languages (Its not bad, just alright)
why is this so perfect
it's so short but damn. I wouldn't change one thing. It kinda pokes my soul everytime. Damn.
This is as magical as music gets.
For those who haven't heard the album, it's a moderately short experience where beautiful melodies and sounds are played with to construct a constantly moving soundscape with dream pop, ambient, Psychedelic rock, and even some nature sounds. (By the way, listen to the whole thing. Please. It's not that long.) The piano can sound annoying at first, but by the end you will want it to last forever. One thing I love about the album is how seamless everything is. ... read more
Love it.
The trippy beat seemed to annoy some people but in my eyes it's pretty perfect. This song really carries an aesthetic of drugs, visions, dreams, and explores the sound nicely in a short timespan. The verses are perfectly delivered with the beat. Lyrics aren't anything special, but Earl's verse is definetly stronger than Maxo's with some weird imagery. ANd lastly the hook/break/whatever is intoxicating.
If feet of clay was like this I would probably enjoy it a hell of a lot more.
I showed this to someone in my class and he asked me why it couldn't just be 3 seperate songs.
We're not friends anymore.
