the structure of these songs is one of the most fascinating things to me, each song is perfectly written to make each section stick in your head turning them into nuclear level dangerous earworms that you can't stop singing afterwards

at first i might've not been a big fan of this soundtrack but now i've actually started enjoying the songs by themselves
vivzie and her team really incorporated her varied influences of musical comedy, theater, and 2010s pop into a combination that really defines the show
ben does a great job with ymusic performing music but this album is far too short that it doesnt even encapsulate this era of his career in a meaningful way
I lowered my rating, not because Dookie is a bad album, but it has flaws that make it not my favorite Green Day project. There's great songs here, and the album has a fun energy, but I think Green Day demonstrated more improvement at making a solid pop punk album with their follow up, Nimrod. Another reason this album is not my favorite is the segments where the band idly play in the middle of a song that I think are meant to hype up a live crowd.
