Smoke some weed and listen to this album. Then you'll understand why this is one of my favorite albums this year.
I originally gave this album a 66, but I got addicted to "Truly Awful" one day and that changed my whole perception.
After attempting to make an indie-folk album, Keaton Henson comes back to his roots with a lush & melancholic instrumental LP that is reminiscent of his earlier discography, but doesn't quite hit the mark for me.

I was excited to hear this album. The few singles that were released sounded catchy, bleak and overall promising. Although, the album that is presented here is a clutter of cringy lyric layered on top of over simplified beats. Don't get me wrong, there are still some songs that can get stuck in your head, like the song "Raw Raw" and "Irish Goodbye".
