Even though I consider the first volume to have the best tracks from the show, this one is still great.
The show by itself was great, but this soundtrack really elevated it to the next level. Every song choice for every scene was excellent and conveyed exactly the feeling it was aiming for. DÉ DÉ MOUSE and Mito, though very different in style, blended together seamlessly and never felt jarring, which is difficult to achieve when a show has multiple composers. The duo did a great job.
Well I really liked this. The production is really fun, and every track stands apart from the others. I think my favorite track was the opening one. It gave me a lot of The Alan Parsons Project and DE DE MOUSE vibes (though I think this comparison only makes sense to me) If I had to pick, maybe track 5, “It Came to Me, in a Dream!”, might be a bit weaker than the rest of the project. Nevertheless, it was a fun listen.
