Dance Gavin Dance #1
Jackpot Juicer has high highs and low lows. I think the highlights of this album are the instrumentals and Tilian's vocals. Jon's vocals on the other hand are well, mostly a flop. Some of the tracks here are really sweet like Cream Of The Crop, Synergy and Die Another Day. Everything else is very forgettable and some of the songwriting here is very mediocre too. It's not the worst album of all time, but it's certainly not the best either. I'd recommend to check out the ... read more
I can't believe that there was a point in time where I actually somewhat enjoyed Falling In Reverse. Ronald Joseph Sadke might as well be the worst punk/post-hardcore singer of all time. 1. He outwardly insults people on twitter, making fatphobic remarks and shaming their appearances. 2. He's transphobic and even got banned on some social medias because of that. 3. He believes in reverse racism. 4. He's just a bad person overall. And on top of that, R*dke isn't even a good singer. His voice ... read more
Would be lower but I LOVE cooking to the rhythm to Planetary Go and Na Na Na
Ik that sounds weird I'm the only person who does this
Addicting af hooks on this one. It's far from perfect but for some reason I kept coming back to most of these songs. Self-Destruct, Fake, Judgement Day and Doomed are all amazing songs.
Ne Obliviscaris never fails to deliver. Definetly one of my favorite records of this year so far!
This album is my guilty pleasure. Even though it's really edgy and cringy at some parts, I still find some of it to be quite interesting and catchy. Vocals are great, the riffs are good and the production is alright. I liked this way more than I should have. (Tears Don't Fall is a fantastic track though)
This album has very high highs, but unfortunately the rest is quite mediocre. Overall it was decent I guess.
This used to be my favorite album of all time YEARS ago, and it still is in my top 5. Maybe that alone tells how much I love this album. Everything about this is perfect. It's a huge step up from Hybrid Theory and does everything slightly better in my opinion. Every song here is a banger and I could come back to every single one and enjoy all of them just as much. Stand outs are Don't Stay, Lying from You, Faint, Breaking the Habit and Numb.
This was actually a lot better than i anticipated. First track and last 3 were meh but everything else was good. I recommend listening to this, it's def my favorite SWS album.
Thought I ranked this already but apparently not.
I LOVE this album alot. The whole album from start to finish stays very consistent and is a blast to listen to. I also have to point out the storytelling which is really creative and is expressed in such way that leaves your mind blown. My personal stand outs are Helena, You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison, Thank You for the Venom, I Never Told You What I Do for a Living
Amazing use of instrumentals and the vocals are beyond impressive. One of my favorite deathcore records :)
It's not as bad as people say it is. But still there's some cringe here and there.
I found this album really great actully. Alot of catchy mainstreamy songs here and i honestly enjoy it quite a bit.
