Hard-hitting EDM with a 2000s internet aesthetic. "iPod Touch" has a nostalgic feel to it and "Fuck My Computer" just goes the hardest. Solid album that makes for an energetic experience.

This is a wonderful sendoff to one of the greats of the disco/house genre. They tried a new style that strays away from how they previously sounded on past records, and succeeded. This is Daft Punk's love letter to the genre, with a cool monologue at the beginning of "Giorgio by Moroder" from Giorgio Moroder himself. This is a masterclass in sampling and arranging pieces from other songs into something extraordinary. The movie "Interstella 5555" is also an interesting piece of media that acts as visuals for all of the songs that tell a story with no dialogue. Great listen; legendary album.

Like I've said before, SOAD does not miss. It almost feels criminal trying to split hairs ranking their albums. Also impressive that they released this album the same year as "Hypnotize". Their blend of metal/rock with political undertones and seemingly silly lyrics just hits hard. "BYOB" is my favorite track on this album. Go ahead and give it a spin.
