Leotrix - Prediction Affliction
90

having the same experience as a lot of people here, liked some tracks here and theere on the first listen but didnt find it too remarkable. But WOW has it grown on me with a couple more listens, and likely will in the future. P.S. theres a different KOMBINI mix on soundcloud thats lowk better and longer but we ball. Copped the vinyl immediately also

Robyn - Sexistential

Sexistential is song of the year but yall arent ready for that..

Fcukers - Ö

banger after banger

Dr. Ozi - Blue Print

This ep was such a breath of fresh air for brostep, especially in a time where creativity was noticeabley lacking in the scene at this point. Those vocals on night owl tho.... no

Chris De Burgh - A Spaceman Came Travelling
98

By far the best christmas song and you cant convince me otherwise

MUST DIE! - CRISIS VISION: REDUX
60

Nitepunk remix is the highlight for me here. Ive actually grown to like gtas remix quite a lot more. Overall no horrible cuts but most of them dont top the originals for me

YOOKiE - FiSSiON

was fission for good music but i couldnt find any

Trinergy - No Worries
75

Bee squeak is the highlight here. Unfortunately some lacklustre and cheesy vocals bring down a couple songs.

TYNAN - Oddball
70

its fun, its whacky, its an enjoyable experience. ye most of the drops aren't astounding, the title tracks drops even come off as a bit ridiculous to me at points, but it definitely stands out compared to the generic and uninspired stuff that comes out in the dubstep scene nowadays. in terms of my favourite its no doubt battle for earth. its off the wall but doesnt stray too far to be something i cant listen to casually. plus i love how it tells its story through the intros, builds and ... read more

Nitepunk - HUMAN

Every listen of this album has made me fall in love with it more and more to the point that it may just be one of my favourite edm albums of all time.

Sub Focus - It's Time
40

Idk dude, ik its trying to go for that minimalistic approach but imo it doesnt even do it good, and i love a lot of minimalistic stuff. The production and mixing is off too, the vocals kinda male me uncomfortable tbh, if ur gonna have repetitive vocals i would at least bury it in the mix abit rather than have it so in ur face. The whole track just gives me demo vibes. Even the ending is abrupt.

Crystal Waters - Gypsy Woman
98

(Basing this off the infamous basement boys mix ofc) CLASSIIIC. Ppl do be overhating on the vocals but I personally love them. The la da dee that runs throughout the track doesnt even get repetitive, its just a pure vibe. Plus you cant deny the production is amazing for its time, and the organ is almost too iconic to dislike the track.

Eptic - Doom
90

Im only rating this based off the first two tracks as ive not heard the rest yet. Gunfinga is great but Z is truly under appreciated. How it manages to put such a fun, intense story in your head ive never understood, plus the whole song is just so unique. Def one of my favourites of all time.

Knife Party - 100% No Modern Talking
78

The second drop in fire hive is one of the best things. Ever.

Skrillex - Show Tracks
80

Idk why some ppl dont like this, for something thats mainly supposed to be played live these two tracks are straight fire.

Skrillex - First of the Year (Equinox)
100

I owe so much to this song for making me fall in love with dubstep and basically all of electronic music. Idk what it was about hearing this that completely changed my perspective on dubstep, I genuinely used to eye roll when i heard a skrillex drop, but when i heard this something just clicked in me. It sounds cheesy but this track will forever hold a place in my heart, no matter if i happen to grow out of my dubstep phase. By far my favourite thing skrillex has made and the most creative and ... read more

Xilent - Boss Wave
100

One of my favourite singles ever. Genuinely fills me with so much joy when i hear it.

Excision - Onyx
15

Ive never been a huge fan of alot of excisions stuff in the first place, but for one of the “godfathers” of brostep it’s unbelievable how he could stoop this low. Onyx is a glorified live set tool and its safe to say thats probably what he will be making from now on.
