Album swap with @Hexo ! I gave them Jack Stauber's Hi-Lo and they gave me this one. Go check their profile with sweet and succinct reviews (sometimes they're longer, but worth the reading too.)
This mostly sounds like being in an army during a war and hearing the rapid-fire shots hitting your allies. The trick, though, is that you're already accustomed to this, so it's just a daily routine, even given the awful conditions.
The red, discomforting cover captures well the ... read more
OSR: Nitepunk’s debut, while not as consistent as Skrillex’s QFF, is also more adventurous and reaches higher highs than that album.
If you’ve been following the EDM scene at least somewhat actively for the past 5 years, then you no doubt have stumbled across the name Nitepunk, a Georgian music producer mostly focused on the sounds of hardcore breaks and hybrid trap. A fairly under the radar release as Nitepunk isn't the biggest name in the scene, but if you know you know. A very daring, adventurous album with great production and a fantastic atmosphere. Give this one a go and you won't regret it. One of the more complete EDM albums out there.
