Hm. It’s decent, and the saxophone does create a pretty impressive and powerful build, but it does come off a little repetitive, and when it finished I was a little surprised and disappointed— it felt like the first act of a great song.

sad that a lot of people see this as a transitioning song purely within the context of the glowing man's title track and the two discs. this is one of swan's best in my opinion. absolute raw emotion distilled into such a short period. it might not have any primordial ten minute builds, but in it's simplicity it really captures such a state of suppression and hopelessness.
