My personal favourite record of all time and my desert island album. It is incredibly varied, with tracks ranging from deeply introspective and reflective songs such as The Art of Peer Pressure and good kid, to banging West Coast anthems like m.A.A.d city and Backseat Freestyle, to warm, laid-back summer ballads such as Money Trees and Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe.

Despite a couple of great highlights like Hun43rd or Purity, Testing contains way too much filler to be anything more than a 6/10 for me. Some of the sounds Rocky tries out land quite well, unfortunately he tries to do so much that a majority of them kind of fall flat. Still a decent album and an enjoyable experience, but definitely Rocky's worst work of his career.
