Although many of these songs shine individually with stellar production and great vocals, the sonic identity of the record fails to be cohesive across the track list. Additionally, the mixing felt a little sloppy in some of the tracks. Some of these flaws are mitigated by fantastic highs such as “Find Love” or “Somewhere Near Marseilles.”
Some really high highs but over all not as much flavor as an album like this is happening. No shade though this was a great listen.
Some really fun moments but she was obviously still searching for her sound in this record
Yeah this was absolute gas i love seeing steve evolve his sound from last album
Such a fun, enjoyable listen! I loved how dynamic each track was, which made them not get stale despite there long lengths.
Genuinely skipless rock record i loved the atmosphere that stayed consistent throughout most of the runtime
My first full bladee album listen I really liked the hazy production. A couple of the tracks were misses for me but others went crazy hard. Killswitch and black fire were my favorites
Man they definitely went for something interesting here and it landed for the most part! I love the way they blended distinct music styles from different cultures around the world, mixing it with cinematic dreamy pop. The Moon Cave and Delerium were standouts for me.
Definitely deftones most raw, gritty album. This was definitely before they had there signature ethereal shoegaze esque sound, and it felt kind of refreshing to hear something different for a change. Really consistent throughout.
never thought i’d see the day where kanye’s daughter could make a more interesting album than him 😭😭 in all honesty, some really cool concepts and rage production blended with metal. Felt unfinished with messy vocals in some places but overall shows a lot of potential for north especially as a 12 year old
