i feel so weirdly conflicted on some random single but this genuinely had a chance of being one of cudi’s best songs ever. it has pretty good vocals, a really nice chorus, and a really great atmospheric instrumental. literally the best qualities of kid cudi. however, the instrumental also slightly bothers me because it feels so grand but it never actually goes anywhere. it feels like it’s building up to something that never comes. a progression would’ve done this song wonders. ... read more
JPEGMAFIA is now a cornball. this album contains some of the worst bars of his entire career. the production ranges from somewhat enjoyable to boring to just straight up awful. he has the same eminem type flow on every song even when it’s not warranted. i can’t even really remember most of his performances unless it was a very cringy one. very mid.

decent project with shimmers of good and interesting moments, such as rapping and production, but overall disjointed and leaves me wanting and expecting way more especially because denzel curry is the frontman of this group.
