This album is actually really good, first DP album I heard and got recommended to me by my good friend @HighAndDry. I was actually really surprised with this album, I wasn't expecting these tones and tunes at all. Yes, they're French.. Is that such an issue? There I said it. I don't care if my review gets hate tbh, I fucked with this album like I do with most of DP albums, honestly damn. I didn't have my expectations low but even then, this was such a house and dance album ... read more
Starting off, I didn't expect this. I do enjoy this album, the drum machines and the vocals are great. I do prefer Kanye's other albums to this, this is a excellent album. It's so new, and compared to Kanye's previous sounding in his other albums, this is completely different. Props to Kanye doing this album even dealing with serious mental health issues such as depression, he did it and he's strong for this. But I really liked all the different drum machines.
I love how these guys sound like Beastie Boys if they were still playing today, however this album is amazing. The production, the lyrics reference tons of shit I'm into, and it's amazing. This shit goes hard as fuck though, it's a killer album. Nothing bad about it what so ever, I added tons of the songs to my rap playlists, these are the modern rap artists I can enjoy, I love this shit. They seriously cooked up some badass beats, I will listen to more of their albums cause this ... read more
I don't understand the hate on this album, I love Ween. I love practically all their albums, they are such a unique yet creative amazing band. I really loved the songs Back To Basom and Stay Forever, yet there's so many more I love yet those are my favorites of this album. The production, the instrumental and the vocals are all so solid. The songs are such a drug trip somewhat but other times they make you feel as if you're laying in the snow and watching the snow fall, it feels ... read more
I give a huge thanks to @Tarul for the recommendation of this song, it was a very good surprising song! I liked it and the feeling it has, feels very 90s shoegazy in the best way possible! The instrumental and vocals are awesome, keep this awesome work up!!
This is such an underground gem, it deserves more attention. It is not as amazing as Black on Both Sides yet it is very awesome. Rap slowly was moving to a more pop like sound as this was released, which is fair. Genre changes like that, randomly. Usually for the best, or worse. However, moving on from that. I really loved how this album went and flowed, it was produced old school like so well and very aristic almost. It was a comeback for Mos Def after his past two albums that left mixed ... read more
For this being DMX's debut solo, I was surprised if anything. This is actually a pretty awesome hip hop album. DMX has a very distinctive voice. I added some of this songs to my playlist that I have for hip hop/rap songs. I really enjoyed this album, it was nice and the productions were so crisp. The beats as well was great, the aggression he had in his voice was amazing. After terrible assassinations of 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G., DMX came and embodied the feeling of an fucked up ... read more
I heavily enjoy this band, I've listened to them before and I've heard this album so this album's amazing obviously honestly. It's a wonderful comeback album after Richey Edward's disappearance. It may not be the same to some, but I quite love it. It's a super good album, the vocals and instrumental they have is amazing in every way. I fuck hard with this album, it goes hard as fuck. I love this album in every way, I would write more but it's mainly just a ... read more
I love this genre so much and this fucking album is what I needed, I've not heard of any of his songs before besides Ms. Fat Booty aka his most popular song on this album. However, every song on this album goes fucking hard. This album got me groovin' I loved this album, everything about it was just fucking badass. I was listening to this while playing GTA IV and GTA V 💀 that's how amazing it was and it went fucking hard when I was doing missions, it got me through them too. I ... read more
Okay so firstly.. I LOVE this movie, it's a comfort movie and RIP Brandon Lee, I know everyone says that yet it was such a terrible horrible incident.. but really there will never be another like him for this type of movie. The remake sucked donkey balls, I don't care. It should have never happened at all if anything! It really ruined itself imo. Anyhow, moving on from that.. I loved all these songs and they fit the atmosphere so well of the movie and it amazes me how much I'll ... read more
RIP Brian Wilson, you'll forever be a legend and a genius that will be heavily missed. My heart is sore as I write this review, yet listening to this album gives me such amazing sweet memories. I love all the songs, they're all 100. I don't care what anyone says, Brian is such a genius with this album and the arrangements are enough to make me sometimes wanna cry cause of how beautiful they are. Brian Wilson changed music, if it wasn't for Pet Sounds; we wouldn't have ... read more
I know I may seem like a glazer with this album ranking but I seriously don't care. I discovered this album back in 2015 or so and it has changed my life, for the best. Shoegaze is not even a way to describe it, it's so amazing every listen and feels like I'm hearing it for the first time like I did many years ago. I am glad that MBV is touring again, it's amazing to see such things. Wish they could make a new album, I'd love to see that but I don't think ... read more
A lot of people like to say this is the downfall to Britpop or the band Oasis itself, and it isn't all that bad as people make it out to be. Yes, the guitars are fucking loud but they make the album like you're on cocaine yourself. It's no lie also that Noel Gallagher was on a fuck ton of cocaine during this, hence this is the last album he was on drugs with that's cocaine anyway. This album is such a blast, I enjoy every song even if they're 7-9 minutes long but who ... read more
I listened to this album with some friends on a Discord VC call ( @FadeTheWhovian & @OasisEnjoyer), this album took me by surprise. I don't usually listen to Kanye unless it's a few songs from the album Graduation, it depends. I'm getting into a new genre, which is this genre that Kanye does. The songs are amazing, I didn't hate anything. I'm not gonna rate the skits however, the skits were nice of course. I enjoyed this album thoroughly, I also really love the ... read more
The Sundays third album holds a close place to my heart. I enjoy it very much and love it very much as well, it's so chill yet so lovely. It's such a love filled album yet it is amazing and Harriet Wheeler's voice yet again is just as stunning as always, I love how haunting this album is as well. It gives you a soft feeling when you finish it. I love how this album flows once again, their albums flow together very nicely as in the setlist that is, it's great. I think ... read more
I don't understand the hate people are giving this album, I quite enjoy this album a lot. Yes, it's different but in an amazing way. It still has that same vibe for me as the first one did yet I love it, however where's "Wild Horses"? I love the hell out of their cover and I love it better then the original tbh. It's that good, and Harriet Wheeler's voice still shocks me in such an amazing way, her voice is lovely and it suits her so well. She's a ... read more
I LOVE The Sundays, they are another one of my favorite bands. Despite them only having 3 albums and singles, I still love them very much. Harriet Wheeler has such a beautiful yet unique voice, I really love her and their songs of course. All of these songs hit, they're so good and I love how these songs flow so well. The instrumental is also quite peak, it fits her voice so well and I love how upbeat some of the songs are, they also are sad; some of them are anyway, yet I still love that. ... read more
I love Everclear, they're one of my favorite bands. You can relate to a lot of their songs, I love every song of theirs and especially on this album. It's amazing, yet so unique. I love their other albums too, honestly. I can't hate these guys cause their songs just make me wanna forget everything and vibe to them. I know people dislike this album and they say it's not the same as the other two but I don't think that, it's still got the same vibe and what not. This ... read more
Oasis' second album, it's truly peak. It has a lot of amazing songs and bangers, you cannot go wrong with this album at all. The album cover itself is fantastic yet so are all the songs, I love them all. Noel was truly cooking when he wrote these songs. He also has an amazing voice on DLBIA, it's truly impressive. This album will forever be one of my favorites, it's not number 1 but it's definitely close and it's so good. Liam's voice has improved, and he ... read more
