To be honest, this entire album kind of reminds me of me a couple of years ago. I fell out with some friends, and my reputation tanked, and got really salty for a while, and you know what, if I was listening to this 2 years ago, it would've gone hard, but at the moment, he just sounds pathetic.

To be fair, I actually listened to most of this album a month ago, but never got to the end, and so kind of just let it sit with me for a while, and to be fair, I did really enjoy it. I didn't quit the website for the past month, I didn't listen to any albums whole way through for about a month, and wondered if I should keep it that way until mid June when I finally get off GCSEs, but screw it, this will be the way I get through my final exams. Anyway, absolutely sensational album. Gaye preaches with love, God and important life lessons throughout with what I genuinely think might be the first no-skip album of all time. And I mean NO skips. No, just no. I was kind of hoping that we would never hear another Strokes album again, and I like them, but The New Abnormal is just such an excellent way to end a discography. But no, apparently we're returning to another album reminiscent of The Comedown Machine, but worse. Will still tune in though
