A super complex, melodic, aggressive, death metal album with a ton of care clearly put into it.
Some of the most pissed off metal/hardcore I've ever heard. Knocked Loose totally gets what makes hardcore leaning metalcore so good, which is something I think a lot of bands form the 2010s didn't get.
Golden age post-hardcore intensity, skate punk energy, emo hooks and emotion, along with melodic metalcore riffs and breakdowns make this an album that feels like it was made specifically for me
A great melodic metalcore album with songs ranging from near perfect at best to cheesy at worst, but never bad
Super underrated melodeath album. Basically At the Gates with influence from hardcore and with a slight emo edge to it. This album can go from being pissed off and aggressive as shit to being melodic and emotional without sacrificing energy or feeling like it slows down at all.
A very rough, raw but charming and likeable enough debut for a great band. Very high energy emotional record that has everything a post-hardcore should have, but doesn't really do anything too special.
Non stop energy from beginning to end with breaks at the perfect points.
Considered one of the best Metalcore albums of all time for a reason. Possibly the greatest guitar tone I have ever heard.
I really don't understand the hate that this album gets. One of CoB's less memorable albums overall but it definitely has stand out moments, such as the opening track.
great album with absolutely insane guitar work. This album is epic, energetic, and campy, but not to the point where it's stupid
Metallica's best in my opinion. Overall a very nicely put together album. I personally think this is the best mixing on a Metallica album, it sounds exactly like the album cover.
The absolute dog dick production doesn't take away too much from the fact that this album is very good. A lot of the songs took a while to grow on me but this has some of Metallica's best songs
Very good but a bit overhyped. There aren't necessarily any bad songs but when listening to almost every song I either thought that it could be shorter or it should have more changes throughout.
It's kinda crazy how an EP with only 3 songs and a Misfits cover could be one of the best punk records I've ever heard
Near perfect album. This is what every post-hardcore band should look up to, if they already don't. Filled with songs that are energetic, emotional, creative, and overall just catchy and well written.
