Unfortunately, the standouts of the albums are the first track "Multiply", and the long awaited "So High", the rest is painfully fine with the title track being really unmemorable. Lovely visuals, shrug songs.
AlicebanD's "Aliceband" is a pleasant theatrical experience, just sit back and enjoy what the stage offers.
The quality staying consistent and not sacrificing the sound with it (by repetitiveness that similar albums tend to fall into), will allow everyone to find their personal favourite. AB's storytelling is clear, but not shallow, letting the listener get to know the "characters" and get invested in their story.

The New Normal, as it is a reissue, keeps the lack of nuance and the subtlety of an elephant in a china store that the initial album had - now with slightly worse sound on tracks of choice.
The worst offender being I/Me/Myself, song that was already excruciating to listen to back in The Normal Album, has now lost the little charm it had, with the reissued instrumentals feeling unpolished and thrown together in a rush.
