Big thank to Green Bean today on stream for catching me babbling about Nurture, dullscythe specifically, and telling me to go check out Virtual Self. What I will say if Porter is exceptionally skilled at translated a thought from the mind into music. I feel as each song on this record progresses I get a very clear vision of what kind of mental state he wanted each song to place you into. I was definitely enjoying myself at every point throughout this listen, but come the track Key I was just overwhelmed with a feeling of pure euphoria. This transitioned really nicely into the very in your face closer EON BREAK that really caught me off guard with how it ends the EP. Great listen, cross our fingers he picks up this alias again in the future.
