The more "upbeat" tracks and features get a bit in the way of the more atmospheric and unsetteling cuts.
Yet a strong release from proably the best MC in the current age.
I think Turnstile should pull a Blood Incantation and release an ambient record after this.
Those Synths are BLISS!
They really just said "yeah.. lets sample darude - sandstorm"
Bambara delivers the most badass and goosebumps inducing wild west lyricsism i have heard on a punk record!
I love some Hiphop in my Powerviolence, but a handful of tracks too long for my taste.
With a few albums under their belt, they now got to the point where their sound feels a little limited.
Neat ambient dungeon synth with some interesting sample flips hailing from Steel City!
Loved all the ambient and glitchy moments on here, some tracks just didn't really do to much
for me. Great record for a nighttime highway drive tho!
And I guess Doves isnt offically on the record?! I still see it as the perfect closer.
I have been waiting a while for a electronic focused Full of Hell release, but this left me wanting more on most of the tracks. It's good, but I know they can do better, as shown in some past releases with similar elements.
A step down from their once visicously power electronics infused hardcore punk.
Love Like Snow, Dehumanize Me and Dancing To The Infinite Beat were still some standouts I can fully get behind.
More repetitive then there almost flawless debut, nonetheless a crushing listen.
Soundwise Masc and Milk of Human Kindness are some standouts i hope the band explores further.
