relatable, ESPECIALLY prom queen, that might be the most relatable song of all time and highkey sounds like some shit they'd play in gravity falls AND BRING THAT SHOW BACK TOO, also these guys are a mix of the beaches and olivia rodrigo, the instrumentations of the beaches and the vocals of olivia rodrigo
i have no clue what he was cooking back in 2013, bet you guys never expected a 15 year white suburban kid to be a longtime fan of his, got into him when I was getting in to rap back in like 2021, lonely is one of my favorite songs oat, anyways about this album the production is FUCKING SPECTACULAR he was only 18 doing this, some all time classics on here like freak hoe, games, count up, all i know, lyrics are repetitive but I mean, well besides on rico story, but all the other songs are ... read more
this album is basically if taylor swift was a slutty heartbroken college girl, who wants to get back at her ex for some stupid reason by sleeping with as many people as she possibly can
REALLY CLOSE TO PERFECT, but there are some songs that I don't really like, like they good but I wouldn't listen to them on repeat, like bring me down, addiction, and celebration
one of my personal favorite albums ever, now there are DEFINITELY flaws on this, BUT OTHER THEN THAT, the subject matter, the beats, and kanye's influence on this is UNMATCHED
so fire, through the cellar door is one of the most BEAUTIFUL SONGS I've ever had the pleasure of listening too THAT GUITAR IS HYPNOTIZING, other then that the soundtrack is great, it adds emotion to an already emotion heavy game, and go play the game if you haven't yet
enjoyed it a lot more then his other works, strings on this one are sick, I love mono audio and moanin is a all time classic for sure
really like the mono audio thats a cool touch, anyways as with any jazz the rhythms are on point, the drums are cool, and the horn playing is exceptional
love the different sounds on this album, especially after listening to just horns for likes 3 weeks, its a fresh innovative take on jazz, the rhythms are on point, the drumming is great and the piano is spectacular, and the cover is pretty sick so it gets a couple more rating points for that
one of if not the greatest posse cut ever holy shit, for drake's verse he sounds HUNGRY AND ARROGANT, which we need more of. Kanye's verse is great besides that one bar and the subject matter besides that one bar is great. Wayne's verse is EXCEPTIONAL I like how he connects bars, like life is such a fucking rollercoaster then it drops, but what should I scream for this is my theme park, and FINALLY eminem's verse, he wants you to know he's still got it after not ... read more
