Nimrod is honestly one of the best Green Day albums. It's Above my sleeper pick, Warning, and below my two favorites, Dookie, and AI. The reason this album is so good is because of the variety on it. There are quiet songs, like Time of Your Life, and there are loud songs, like Platypus (I hate You). There are also songs, that are a completely different vibe for green day up until this point such as King for a day, with really different instruments, and an instrumental, last ride in (which ... read more
"Saviors" is the first album by Green Day with mostly 'meh' songs, apart from my opinion on Insomniac. While there are some standouts to me, most of these songs are very middle of the pack green day songs. "American Dream is killing me" is a perfect example. I like this album a lot. It was really great. Not a bad song IMO, but my favs are:
Super Rich Kids, Sweet Life, Pyramids, and Lost.

Sure, there are some songs I like more than others, but I just don't care enough to sort through the lyrics and find which are genius. From what I can tell they are pretty good though. I like 3 songs in particular:

Lazy Bones (Green day decided to actually make a song, and this one was great, maybe a 9/10 for the great, "shut up, give me peace and quiet" vibe because thats what they were thinking.)
Stray Heart (I mean I really like it, but its not the best, Kinda like what green day was trying to do for the entire album lol 7.5/10)
WOW! Thats Loud (Except for the screechy parts, this song is catchy and ... read more
