I love story telling albums and this album did not disappoint, the lore behind this is insane and is so unsettling and haunting.
The writing and concept was just perfection, I do not play this enough but I do feel like I have to be in a certain headspace to listen.
Some great hits but to me it just seems like it was unfinished and missing something? The tracks don't seem to connect and feels very misplaced at some points.
Still has some of my favourite tracks from The Neighbourhood but just was lacking.
Don't like Matty but he wrote 'about you' and hearing some of these tracks live was incredible. Probably the album of theirs with the least amount of skips.
First half of the album is great however falls a little flat near the end, still a fun record. Sabrina is very talented and can't wait to see more of her upcoming projects.
Gracie may not be a strong vocalist but she is a strong writer alongside the amazing Aaron Dessner who I simply adore and showed his great production talent.
What I love about this album is how relatable and heartfelt the lyrics feel, they definitely captured the feelings of regret, heartbreak, sadness and struggles.
What I expected from her for a debut album, I loved 'five seconds flat' however this feels more like an Ep.
'Means something' and 'Over the ocean call' are definitely my favourites and my most repeated tracks.
Definitely my favourite album from them, the sound has matured and more equal distribution between the members.
Such a beautiful album with really great tracks, normally with such a long album I would lose interest but all of them combine make a great record.
Lucky enough to hear some of these tracks live and they were ethereal and phenomenal. Hozier the man that you are.
Such an immersive, visual album. One of her best from her discography, such incredible production and great conceptual lyrics
I was super hyped for this release and then 'yes, and?' was released which made me very apprehensive and worried that I would not like this record.
However Ariana proved me wrong with this album which has been on repeat for a week.
'We can't be friends ( wait for your love )' is my number one from this album alongside its beautiful music video.
Ariana really delved deep into heartbreak and relationships in this album and captured the feelings perfectly.
This album is full of nostalgia and captures the struggles and emotional journey. Noah knows how to write hits!
One of my favourite album cover designs, such a cool concept.
There are so many of my favourite SZA songs on the album but also some unfortunate skips for me as I never really connected with them.
However there are so many hits which pushes the overall album rating up for me, especially 'Ghost in the machine' which was a masterpiece.
Another great album from Liv, maybe im more nostalgic and prefer SOUR to GUTS but it still has sone great memorable hits.
