This is just as good as their debut.
The Carti album with the least Carti you will ever hear.
His deep voice is overused and kind of annoys me at times, not because of the timbre itself, but because his flow becomes magically soulless and generic when he does it. It got to the point where I had to check if it was really him on some tracks.
I much prefer the raspy, whispered, no-feature songs like "OLYMPIAN" and "RADAR" over tracks like "RATHER LIE" or "GOOD CREDIT" where Carti doesn't ... read more
This mixtape has some fillers here and there, but the overall experience is marked with great production, awesome hooks and amazing flow by doechii
My personal favorite Kanye album.
I love how you can pick any album from Ye's discography to this point, and everyone could agree that it is a good pick for a favorite.
I just personally love how self-conscious this album is. It doesn't try to be huge like MBDTF, which is a good album, but it feels like it tries so damn hard to be grand and dramatic.
This album is completely the opposite. It's short, and it feels like it was put out in a really short time too.

There isn't even a single bad track in this album, all killer, no filler.
I used to think Bound 2 was overrated. Nowadays, i understand how the entire album builds up to that track using those soul samples spiritually connected to bear trillogy. I love how the entire album is pure anger build up to a sweet song.
Im sorry for what he has become dear Donda.
This album is super comfy and pretty. Every song flows into the next so smoothly that you don't even notice. Wouldn't listen to any of this by itself, works much better as a full experience.
This is one of those albums that people kind of underestimate just because it's from a famous rock band. I mean, 80 is not a bad rating, but Red Hot Chili Peppers deserve more love than this. This record has good variety, a solid mix, classic compositions, and mostly ambitious songwriting. Most of the lyrics are just about sex, sung with a lot of humor and charisma, but out of nowhere weird chord changes appear, making the songs more complex and adding to the sexy vibe of the album.

One of the best game soundtracks i've heard. Charles Mingus' Black saint and sinner lady influence is clear, both in the compositions really blues based and on the big band jazz arregements. The songs complement the bosses and areas so well that it is a bit strange to experience the soundtrack without the game. I cannot talk about this without prasing the drums mix, it feels so alive and emmersive that i feel like i am in a 60's cartoon. My biggest complain about it is that the ... read more
My ears hurt a little, but it was worthy. The Wallflower Equation might be the best song of the year.
