Guardin delivers a genuinely great and heartfelt project. I feel like emo rap has more and more gone to shit in the years following 2019 but this is honestly some of the best material from the genre I've heard from the genre in a long time. Guardin sings about his life experiences in a tone that I can only call emotionally hopeless, and it really does help the record sound authentic.
