Criminally overhated. I understand why but 48 is too far. Honestly I wanted to rate it a bit higher but the structure pisses me off.
Tyler dropped an album with 3 days notice that clears 99% of other artist's discographies. Really speaks volumes as to the level that his creative genius stands at.
Listened to it in January and forgot to rate it 💀. Honestly quite impressive for a debut album of this genre(s?) given that many other albums struggle to remain rooted in the genre while also experimenting. Eagerly waiting for more
Cool concept and great production but people have been saying that it’s so new and innovative like this hasn’t been the most popular sound for the past 2 decades in the hip-hop community
I only listened to it to boost my "mysterious aura" but it actually blew me away how well put together this was. Truly a very enjoyable listen from start to finish.
Overall an extremely consistent album with no song itself being bad, however it does feel like a collection of singles rather than an album. Bonus points for having the greatest Christmas song oat.
Originally I had written a review that just simply outlined the general vibe of the soundtrack, and whilst I still stand by the general comments I previously made, it would be an injustice to not update my review upon reflection on what this soundtrack has to offer.
